They are packed better than some other brands, so they arrived intact. They are listed as 'Universal' replacements for H4651/H4656, etc., but they don't fit the headlamp sockets for GM D Body vehicles like Cadillac, without sticking out about an eighth of an inch (3.73mm), similar to others I've tried.
I needed longer mounting screws because the backs are too deep, and have too large a rubber cap on the back (for water resistance). I intend to use these for an HID conversion, but will need to improvise a metal cylinder of some type inside each one to actually 'project' the light through the convex lens in a focused beam. As is, the light from the halogens alone scatters far and wide -- unless the front of the car is within 7 feet of a wall or garage door, then a partially concentrated 4 point star prism pattern can be seen.
