I was really looking forward to getting the leopard print seat covers for my car. Unfortunately, the WRONG seat covers were delivered and I got the two-toned ones instead. I immediately contacted amazon.com as well as the seller (FH Group) to hopefully resolve this situation. I will report back once I have received the correct seat covers!

UPDATE - Well I must say the FH Group has excellent customer service. They responded to my e-mail within one business day and sent me the correct seat covers along with a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect seat covers. A friend and I installed the seat covers yesterday. I was dismayed when I discovered some of the headrest covers were missing. So I called the company and they are sending me the missing headrest covers.

The covers were not an exact fit for my Subaru Outback but they are not too bad and will do the trick when it comes to keeping the seats clean. I do wish some of the straps were longer as the short straps made installation somewhat difficult.
