Product was offered by Amazon through third-party vendor, "Car Beyond Store". Expensive, but highly recommended by customer reviews. Tow hitch arrived in good condition but was too long for the manufacturer's receptacle on our '97 Toyota Land Cruiser. It was not represented well by Amazon photo ad & was nearly 4 inches long. Locking bolt on our Toyota is 2 inches from tow hitch face which would leave this cover sticking-out away from vehicle and not covering receptacle. When I attempted to return the product, Car Beyond Store customer service representatives were combative at best, rude and insulting at worse (actually, taking the time to warn me to be "more polite" at one point, then following-up by adding an additional 15% re-stocking fee).

The return process was not only time consuming & disappointing but unnecessary. Not only would I not recommend this product, but I would caution anyone interested in a product offered by Car Beyond Store. An on-line customer order should have the right to return unwanted merchandise without explanation and absent of derogatory language. This particular on-line customer is currently shopping certain future purchases off-line.
