I also had problems with I first installed the item in my 2003 Pt Cruiser. After swaping out both ballasts then both light bulbs I still had no light. Looking at the plug from the kit, I seen that the plug had a + and -. I got a test probe and tested my car headlight plug end and found that the + and - were reversed. I got the extra length wire from the kit and cut the red and black and butt connected them back together reversed ie:(red to black and the other wire black to red). Installed the wire onto the ballast then to car and I then had LIGHT! I hope this will work for you Leonardo J. Botelho if this is your problem. This is a wonderful kit and easy to install other than the reversed polarity problem. Very compact as I had very little room to install this kit under the wheel well. I recommend to everyone to install HID kits to everyone of your cars as this improves visability GREATLY! I deliver papers in the night hours to houses and writing this review, I only have driven one night with these lights installed. Highly recommended.
