24 Volt - 3 Amp: Fully Automatic two-stage battery charger, UL and CSA approved. Specially designed for Industrial Battery maintenance, OEM applications such as Wheelchairs and Scooters among many other things. Full 3 LED Display: Indicators display the battery's condition. The red light indicates that the charger has a 120-volt AC supply present. The yellow light indicates the proper connection to the battery and combined with the red light indicates the charger is charging. The green light indicates a full charge. Lights alternate when approaching full charge. This prevents overcharging as the battery reaches its full capacity. Protection: The charger has electronic protection against reverse polarity and short circuits. The overload protection is provided by two fully automatic re-settable bimetallic circuit breakers. One protecting against excess current flow and the other from excess temperature rise. Charging: The charger is capable of charging all commonly available Lead Acid batteries with rating from 6 to 20 amp/hour. All functions are fully automatic. The charger constantly monitors the battery condition. The charging sequence is determined by the condition of the battery and is fully interactive. DO NOT USE WITH AVIATION BATTERIES Battery Recovery: (deep discharge pick-up) The charger is capable of fully and correctly recharging any battery discharged down to 10 Volts.
