Drag Specialties Passenger Hand Rails 1999-2008 Harley Touring S28-0055 Review

I was trying to use this gripper bar with a 2007 Road King and a Mustang seat. When the bar was installed the seat rode so high on top (2 1/2 inches at the back mounting point) that it was not usable. I called Mustang and they said it was not their problem. The mounting bar is hardened steel. I got a machine shop to drill the bar so I could relocate the two mounting holes and position it 1.5 inches further back. Seat was still too high (1 1/2 inches this time). I had to trim out part of the Mustang seat in order to make the seat work with the relocated gripper bar. After these two modifications it works fine, but was not a "shoe in" as I had hoped.
